As founder of Central Kansas Podiatry Associates, Dr. Weaver leads a talented staff of doctors, nurses, and medical assistants. Dr. Weaver believes that any time you have a problem with your feet or ankles you deserve friendly doctors and staff who carefully listen to you and care about your health. He is committed to ensuring that patients who put their trust in Central Kansas Podiatry Associates receive the finest care available anywhere in the world.
Though he devotes most of his time to the practice, Dr. Weaver is a dedicated academic. He continually upgrades his medical skills and researches the latest technology for the advancement of podiatry. When his busy schedule allows, Dr. Weaver travels across the country to lecture on new discoveries in podiatry on behalf of Abbott Laboratories and Novartis.
Dr. Weaver completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma City, graduating Suma Cum Laude in 1995 with a Bachelor’s degree in Science. He then took his talents to the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 2001. He completed his primary residency training at Veteran Affairs Hospital of Huntington, West Virginia
Dr. Weaver’s devotion to his practice has not gone unnoticed by other professionals in the podiatry field. In 2005, he was named a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine. Also, in 2005, Dr. Weaver was named a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine. Both of those positions recognize Dr. Weaver for his excellence in podiatry and mastery of his profession. Most recently Dr. Weaver completed his Certification for Wound Care. He is the only Podiatrist in the Central Kansas area that has obtained this certification. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association, Fellow of College of Certified Wound Specialist, and a Fellow of the Council for Nail Disorders.
Dr. Weaver is a devoted husband and father. His wife Brooke works in the office with him everyday and they have two children, Bobby and Colton. He enjoys spending as much time with them as he can and puts his family above all else.

Paul Bassi, DPMHe graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a minor in Economics in 1997. Dr. Bassi graduated with a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery (CPMS) at Des Moines University-Osteopathic Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa in 2001.
Dr. Bassi also completed a three-year medical and surgical podiatry residency at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center in Bronx, New York. His training included trauma at Lincoln Hospital in the South Bronx and Reconstructive Lower Extremity Surgery in Atlanta. In his practice, he had extensive involvement with Bronx Care Clinics, affiliated with Bronx Lebanon Hospital in the South Bronx. This practice allowed him the opportunity to interact and help educate surgical residents and medical students.
After two years in private practice in the Bronx, Dr. Bassi made the move to Kansas. In addition to his extensive experience, he is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, FAPA Podiatric Fraternal Corporation and the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity. Dr. Bassi continues to research and study more current aspects of the podiatry field. When he is not with patients he is reading up on the foot and ankle and latest surgery procedures.
In his down time, Dr. Bassi enjoys running, reading about American History, baseball games, and watching The History Channel. He is also an avid movie buff, with a preference for action and horror films. He likes to go visit his family in Houston whenever possible. Dr. Bassi loves the family atmosphere that Central Kansas Podiatry offers.
